My Creator Business Tech Stack [Lean]

I've used a ton of different software over the years to run my business. Here's what I am actively using to operate my entire creator business digitally.

Here's my list (some are aff links, of course)

Website, Email, Courses, Lead Magnets, Workshops: Kajabi

I use Kajabi for nearly everything now. I used to use Clickfunnels + Zapier + ActiveCampaign and I've tried other tools like MailChimp and GoHighLevel, but TBH having everything in one place is just more efficient and easier. Social Media Scheduling & Posting: Metricool

I schedule, publish and reply to messages & comments all from a single dashboard. It's awesome and has a generous free tier. The paid tier is also insanely inexpensive.

The Command Center: Notion

 I used to use Trello for a long time and I've tried others like Monday and Asana, but Notion just really does it for me. It is perfectly balanced for my needs and doesn't have a bunch of extra features I don't need.

Long Form to Short Form Video: Vidyo.ai

This is a relatively new addition to my tool list. I currently use the free version, but this allows me to instantly transform long-form content into shorts. It's sweet.

Short Linker: Rebrandly

I've used this one for a looong time. This is how I make all my short links (from milli.to).
